Choose your sign-in method
Open Support → Sign in. Continue with Sauce account verifies your existing Sauce session; confirm your profile on the main site before returning to My requests. Your selected request topic is kept during sign-in.
Use a separate support account
You can instead create a support account using an email address and a password of 12–128 characters. This support account is separate from your Sauce profile. Save the recovery code shown after registration; it is displayed once.
Recover or restart
Use the support sign-in recovery-code option with your email, saved recovery code and new password. A replacement recovery code is then issued. If Sauce sign-in expires or rejects a submission, restart from the support sign-in page rather than refreshing an old confirmation form.
