Service reports and incident logs

Report a service problem privately and follow public incident updates.

Open a ticket

On the status page choose Report a problem and sign in to your Sauce account. Select the service and issue, then optionally describe the problem. Your details remain private and you can return to your own report ticket. Do not include passwords or private messages.

When a log opens

Five different accounts reporting the same service and issue within a rolling 30-minute window open a public member-reported incident. Repeated reports from one account count once. Member reports are labelled unconfirmed and do not themselves change measured uptime or declare an outage.

Rate limits and privacy

Each account can submit four reports per hour and each network can submit twenty. A rate-limited response includes a retry time. Public incident logs contain service information and updates, not reporter identities or private ticket descriptions.

Follow progress

Open an incident from the public timeline to see investigating, cause identified, monitoring and resolved updates. Automatic availability incidents open after two failed checks and recover after two successful checks. For personal account problems, use Support instead.
