Start your Jar
Choose Sauce Quests in the main app. Successful messages, reactions to others, profile changes and your first House match can earn Drops. Voice chat is not available and does not count. Rewards are automatic for eligible activity; short messages, self reactions, bot messages and repeat toggles do not earn.
Understand the daily limits
Earn up to 20 message Drops and 10 reaction Drops daily, at most one per minute in each category. Each reacted-to message counts once for your account. One profile change earns daily; your first House match earns once. Daily tasks reset at midnight UTC and show eligible progress. Select Collect bonus when a task is complete.
Spend your saved Sauce
The Jar shows Sauce units, not a cash value. Common Drops are worth one unit and rarer Drops are worth more. Select Redeem on the reward shelf. A design unlocks that specific profile look, not every Crew+ cosmetic. Avatar and chat-effect rewards have an Equip action; profile looks are equipped in Profile Studio. Redemptions cannot be repeated, transferred or sold.
Crew+ trial and staff controls
The 750-unit trial lasts seven days from redemption, needs no card and never creates recurring billing. One trial is available per account; existing Crew+ access must finish first. If staff pause earning, your saved Sauce can still be spent while Quests stay open. If Quests are paused, earning and redemption pause; saved rewards are preserved.
If something appears wrong
Wait a moment and reopen the Quest page. Check the UTC reset, earning caps and whether staff paused the game. Do not send duplicate messages to farm progress. Give support the affected activity or redemption ID, time, account name and build number. Never include an API secret.
