Check the sign-in page
Use the main Secret Sauce sign-in page for your Sauce account. The support portal also offers a separate support account; its password may differ. Check the username, keyboard layout and Caps Lock before trying again. Avoid repeated attempts after a rate-limit message.
Use account recovery
If your password is not accepted, use Forgot password on the main sign-in page. Follow the recovery instructions for the account. Do not share passwords, verification codes or recovery links in a ticket. A suspension message needs the in-app appeal process rather than a password reset.
If recovery does not help
Tell support the error text, when you last accessed the account and which recovery steps you tried. If you suspect compromise, select Compromised account so Trust & Safety can review it. Support will not ask you to send your password.
