Use Data & privacy in account settings or a private Support request. Trust & Safety verifies the account and reviews scope before approving an export. Passwords, authentication secrets and other people’s private records are not part of the member export.
Use the delivery link
An approved export is delivered through a private account message and the verified request thread when available. Follow the link, enter its code and use the authenticated download. Do not post a link or code publicly.
Expired or used codes
Download credentials expire after 48 hours and are single use. Contact the same private case for a replacement.
