Choose a request type
The Law Enforcement & Legal Process form accepts warrants or court orders, subpoenas or other legal process, preservation requests, emergency disclosure requests and other official agency enquiries. General account disputes belong in ordinary support or the in-app appeal process.
Prepare your submission
Provide your agency, name and title, official agency email and telephone, jurisdiction and case reference. Identify the relevant Sauce accounts and narrowly describe the records and date range involved. The chosen request type adds specific questions.
Documents and urgency
You may attach relevant legal process as a PDF or another supported format; uploads are optional. For an emergency request, describe the immediate danger and the connection between the requested records and that danger. This portal does not replace an emergency response service.
Human review
Requests are routed to authorised Trust & Safety reviewers. Maurice records an acknowledgement and does not decide legal validity, authorise disclosure or send requested account records. Staff may require further authority verification through official agency contact channels.
