Open the data workspace
Sign in to Secret Sauce and open Settings → Data & Deletion Requests. Use the relevant request action and keep the reference for follow-up. The public privacy policy explains what the service collects and why.
Ask a privacy question
If you need guidance or cannot access the account, choose Privacy & account data in Support. Describe the account and the requested action without posting passwords or unrelated identity information.
Follow the request
Check the request workspace and any response from authorised staff. A support question is not itself an automatic deletion instruction. Staff may need to verify account ownership before processing an account data request.
