Mention a channel
In a server message, type # and part of a channel name. Choose a permitted channel with the arrow keys and Enter or click it. The sent message displays a clickable channel reference. Private channel access is still checked when someone follows it.
Find an emoji as you type
Type : followed by a few letters, such as :heart. A short list shows previews. Use arrows and Enter or Tab to insert a selection; Escape dismisses the list. The same collection is available from the message emoji button.
Profiles and reactions
Use Add emoji next to profile or status fields. Choose Add reaction on a message to react. Artwork is loaded only as needed. If an image is unavailable, retry after checking service status.
