Check the device
Allow microphone access in Windows privacy settings. Select the correct input device in the call controls and confirm it is not muted by Windows or another app.
Check your allowance
Canary voice testing is limited to 20 minutes per account per UTC day. Staff can reset the allowance when needed for testing. Interest roles and the desktop marker do not grant staff authority.
Connection trouble
Some networks cannot establish a direct call using STUN. A TURN relay is not yet activated. Share the approximate time, build and connection type through Support without uploading private network credentials.
