Start with the approved build
Download Canary from the official Secret Sauce download page. Close all running Canary windows before reinstalling. Keep your account credentials private.
Check the connection
If the interface is unavailable, confirm the Secret Sauce website loads on the same connection. Restart Canary, then use its retry control. Report the exact error rather than repeatedly reinstalling.
Share a useful report
Copy the build from desktop preferences. Include Windows version, the failed step and whether the website loads. Optional screenshots must exclude passwords, tokens and personal information. Submit private account issues through Support.
